EDUCATIONAL DATABASES

The specific objectives of the project are the development of educational databases for traditional and innovative products, classical, innovative and emerging processes (including sustainable processes), innovation, traditional and sustainable raw materials, marketing and management, food and nutrition. The databases will enable the users of the system to get acquainted with the main characteristics of the raw materials, processes, elements of the technology, as well as the products that are developed by their application.

EDUCATIONAL COURSES

The second main goal of our project is to create educational content that will help students participating in the project develop their case studies by getting acquainted with different technologies, systems, innovations, marketing strategies, etc. We offer you constantly developing educational content in 6 main areas: Food chemistry, biochemistry and biotechnology; Unit operations and new industrial technologies; Food safety, hygiene and nutrition; Food technologies; Beverages technologies; Management and marketing. The educational content of these courses will be updated periodically during the implementation of the project and after its end.
