E-FOOD Case Studies are structured, practice-oriented tasks designed to support the development of a solution or concept for a new food or beverage product in a real-world context. They combine information and knowledge from the project databases (raw materials, innovations, technologies, food safety, marketing) and foster teamwork, critical thinking, and evidence-based technological decision-making.

Case studies can be integrated into university courses, short-term training formats, and virtual competitions. Each case includes a clear problem description, expected outputs, and recommended resources/references./p>
